Redline Staff has the ability to cancel any flight at any time due to weather. If Redline Staff cancels a flight due to poor weather, the rider will be moved to another time or if the rider is not able to reschedule a flight credit will be issued.
Any customer who no-shows for their appointment or arrives more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the missed service.
If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us at (806) 683 - 6777. With atleast 24 hour notice we can accommodate your request with a helicopter ride flight credit.
Our passenger capacity policy is: No riders over 300lbs & your group of 2/3 riders cannot exceed a combined weight of 550lbs. If a rider or group exceeds any weight restriction listed above their ride will be canceled and no refund will be given.
The only dress code limitation that we have is that we do not allow riders with wet clothes. If a rider arrives at their appointment in other than dry clothes their appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
With the permission of the original giftcard / flight purchaser’s permission, a giftcard can be transferred to another owner. The sale of all giftcards / flight credits are final. Giftcards expire after 6 months. No refunds will be given.
No rider will be allowed to fly if they are deemed intoxicated in any way by Redline Staff. Their ride will be canceled and no refund will be given.
We get it, plans change! We’re here to help. With atleast one hour notice we can move your appointment to any other time slot that we have available. If you do not call ahead and arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment ride will be cancelled with no refund or rescheduling.
If a rider throws up in the helicopter a clean-up fee of $199 will be charged once they land. All helicopters are equipped with throw-up bags between the two back seats.
If a rider behaves in a way that Redline staff deems unsafe or a hazard their appointment will be canceled and no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. So please, understand that safety is #1 and we have your best interest at heart.
